Please note, the APN Retirement Properties Fund (ARSN: 093 243 424) has been terminated and all monies have been distributed to unitholders.
The Fund was established in June 1999 in order to acquire five retirement villages. Over the life of the Fund it delivered an average annualised income yield of 11.7%pa. In 2011, the assets were sold, the Fund was wound up and all net proceeds were returned to unitholders.
